All rugs are handmade and may not always be in stock at the time of your order.

If all the rugs in your order are in stock, they will typically be packaged and shipped within two days.

If one or more rugs are out of stock, they will be made after your purchase, which can take up to two weeks. You will receive updates on the progress of your rug and its shipping status.

Our rugs are crafted using high-quality acrylic yarn and a durable, premium backing fabric.

You can order our pre-designed rugs directly from the product pages. For custom orders, please fill out the custom rug form. In the form, include clear images of the animal/design you would like us to create. Custom rugs are limited to a maximum size of 140cm x 140cm and typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. Different pile heights can be requested through the custom rug form.

Our rugs are durable, but like any rug, they may be subject to wear and tear from pet activity, such as scratching or accidents. Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain their appearance.

For regular cleaning, vacuum your rug. For spot cleaning, hand wash gently with cold water. Do not use hot water, as it can damage the rug's adhesive. Do not machine wash. Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain their appearance.

We ship internationally from the Netherlands. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
